Shout Out to our Great People

Here’s to the survivors. Our people.

We’re now in the rebound era following the huge dip that was the Covid-19 epoch. The Covid collapse could be viewed, by Texans and New Mexicans, as a “Permian Basin bust” as well. That’s because Covid caused an economic slowdown that domino’d through the business world, and through the Permian too, during those same three years (2020-2022). The oilfield suffered much, with commodities prices having tanked and some work contracts having evaporated.

Not every company you used to hear about still exists. But Integrity does.

Meanwhile, much has changed in the interim. And now things are definitely looking up.

Great People Equals Great Results

So we say, here’s to the survivors. That means you. First of all, “you” is, first and foremost, our own people. Integrity Wireline’s own staff and associates and friends and family members. Everyone in our inner circle. But we applaud our “outer circle”—our work contacts and partners—as well. You have survived this downturn. And your loyalty to us has helped us survive it too. You need to be recognized for that.

We are back to hiring and back to winning new business in the Basin. Good things are happening—thanks to you and your perseverance.

Integrity in the Spotlight

The latest attention paid to this company came when Permian Basin Oil and Gas Magazine discussed Integrity Wireline in their February issue. That magazine, the leading voice of the oil and gas industry in the Permian, published a feature article on wireline, with Integrity covered as one of just three independent wireline firms that are discussed. The article, “Life on the Wire,” includes quotes from Integrity’s own Kelly Connally and Jonathan Deshler.

Give the article a read and share it with your friends!

When You Do Great, People Notice

In the meanwhile, know that you are appreciated. Know that together we can make one another better.

There’s a saying in the oilfield: Keep Turning to the Right. Many of you already know that the “right” is the clockwise direction that a drillbit turns. So, keep growing, keep “turning,” keep believing, keep taking things one day at a time.

And keep doing it all with Integrity!
